1. What the site is for
The site describes Segnatura Learning’s tutoring and school programs, lets you book a free check and contact us. Information on the site is general and educational. It is not a diagnosis, medical, psychological or legal advice, or a promise of any result for a particular child. Programs are governed by the Family Service Agreement or a school’s signed agreement; the site itself creates no service agreement.
2. Booking and prices
Bookings are made through Calendly and payments through Stripe, each under its own terms. Prices on the site can change; the price in your signed agreement is the one that applies. We may decline or reschedule a booking.
3. Your use of the site
Please use the site lawfully. Don’t try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to it, and don’t use it to send spam or harmful content. Information you send through the site must be accurate and yours to share. The site is meant for parents, guardians, schools and adults; children should not submit information through it.
4. Our content
The text, charts, images, logos and materials on the site belong to Segnatura Learning LLC or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own family’s or school’s use. You may not copy, sell or republish them without our written permission. Published programs, assessments and research named on the site belong to their owners. DIBELS is a registered trademark of the University of Oregon; we use the DIBELS 8 materials with the University’s permission, under its Educational Use Agreement (confirmed in writing October 29, 2026), and the University does not endorse Segnatura Learning.
5. Research and results claims
When the site cites research, we link or name the source. Results we publish are honest summaries of our own charts, never reported for groups of fewer than 5 children, and past results don’t guarantee future results.
6. Links
Links to other sites are for convenience. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or privacy practices.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy (segnaturalearning.com/privacy) explains what we collect through the site and how we use it.
8. Disclaimer and limits
The site is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available but don’t promise it will be error-free or always online. To the fullest extent the law allows, Segnatura Learning is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
9. Changes, law and contact
