Segnatura Learning wants every family, school and partner to be able to use our website and our materials, including people with disabilities.
Our goal
We aim for our website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. That includes text alternatives for images, enough color contrast, pages that work with a keyboard and screen readers, clear headings, captions for any video, and forms that are labeled and easy to complete.
What we do
- We check new pages against WCAG 2.1 AA before they go live and review the whole site at least once a year.
- Every chart or image that carries information has a written description.
- Printed materials (flyers, reports, agreements) are available as accessible PDFs or in another format on request.
- Booking also works by phone or email, for anyone who finds the online calendar hard to use.
Known limits
Some pages rely on outside services (Calendly for booking and Stripe for payments), which have their own accessibility features. If one of them doesn’t work for you, call or email us and we’ll book or bill you another way.
